Dr. Debbie's Longevity Shake

Great tasting, but packed with the nutrients you need to fight inflammation, regulate glucose levels, promote brain health, give you more energy, keep you regular and much more. Follow these three simple steps for a great tasting and healthy shake to keep you living younger!


Ingredients:Shake Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 T virgin coconut oil
  • 2 T fresh ground flax seed (I use a coffee grinder for this)
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1/8 tsp balck pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 -1 tsp PB2 Powder (powdered peanut butter; found at Walmart or Whole Foods)
  • 1 coin size fresh ginger
  • Healthy Host Daily Cleanse Shake Powder
  • 1 cup of ice 


Step 1. 

Blend all ingredients except for the last two ( Daily Cleanse & Ice) to a smooth consistency.


Step 2. 

Add Daily Cleanse Shake powder to your mix and blend in thoroughly. 


Step 3.

Add 1 Cup of Ice and blend again to desired consistency
